Term 3 - Linocut Extended Evening Classes

6-8pm, Wednesdays - 6 weeks

This is a series of 6 weekly evening classes where you will extend and enhance your linocut skills. This course is ideal for those who have completed previous Ink Moth beginners evening classes in linocut, and students with previous linocut experience.
You will work on lino blocks to produce a limited edition of fine art prints using your choice of either the multi-block or reduction technique, guided by experienced tutor and practising printmaker Lisa Feyen from Ink Moth Print Studio. Each class will start with a tutorial in technique and a related discussion, followed by time to work on your individual project.
These sessions will enable you to work at an individual pace, explore ideas and catch up with your printmaking friends!

Lino blocks will be available to purchase at the class as needed (cash only).
Basic cartridge paper will be available for proofing, but you are encouraged to bring good quality A4 printmaking paper for printing your edition. Water-based ink and equipment will be available to use at the workshops.
